From catering apprenticeships in Madeira to managing large-scale dining in London, Manuel's culinary journey across Portugal, Luxembourg, and beyond culminated in transformative travels through Sicily, where he discovered the authentic flavours that now define his restaurant.

Great Italian food is hard to find in London, and now, having tried nearly everything on the menu by taking exclusive hire of the restaurant for a big birthday, I can confidently say that this is one of the best Italian restaurants in London.
